Service Description
Want a low impact form of exercise that will improve your body awareness, help you tone and improve flexibility? This class is a Yoga and Pilates sandwich giving you the best of both worlds! We start off with slow mobility work, progress into isometric Pilates movements, followed by at least 5 minutes of passive stretching and finish with a meditative Shivasana.

Cancellation Policy
All group classes: If you need to cancel/reschedule within 2 hours of class start, you can do so online. Head to our website, go to your account icon at the top right corner. Select the arrow and head to "My Bookings". We enforce a 2-hour cancellation policy from your class start time. Any changes or cancellations need to be made 2 hours prior to your reservation to help us better prepare for class. If you are unable to cancel 2 hours prior to class start: Class packs will be docked one class credit if a cancellation is made after the required time period or if you do not show for the class. Please reach out via email with any concerns. Strengthening Sessions All session cancellations must be communicated directly to trainer or studio owners 1 hour minimum before training session via email or text.
