Menopause Chat

Dr. Dana Robbins and Dr. Beth Peck, both Doctors of Physical Therapy, will speak about common musculoskeletal disorders associated with menopause like gluteal tendonosis, osteoporosis and frozen shoulder. They will then speak on how physical therapy can assist with these disorders and the importance of continuing strength training as we age and progress through menopause.
