At Buffalo Health and Fitness, our mission is to provide a unique and personalized experience for our clients. Our fitness center was founded by a physical therapist with the goal of bridging the gap between the fitness and rehab worlds, which means we strive to improve your overall well-being while decreasing the risk of injury. Dana Robbins P.T., DPT, CPT

Owner

Dana has always had an interest in the health and fitness world which fueled her desire to become a physical therapist. She has 5 years of experience as an outpatient physical therapist and 3 as a fitness instructor. Dana's education and experience will help create a comfortable fitness experince for people of all ages and of all skill levels. She has a life goal of educating people about their bodies and overall health to improve their quality of life. 

Katarina Manuse

Cycling/ Yoga Instructor

Katarina has 30+ experience in the fitness industry, and 18 years experience instructing group cycling (spin) classes. She holds several specialty certifications, along with a National Group Fitness Certification. She has two teenage boys, a wonderful husband, and is an avid animal lover. Her favorite activity is inspiring others to move more, stay active, and love life to the fullest!

Kimberly Tomasik

Cycling Instructor

Hello I'm Kim!

Fitness has always played a significant role in my life, starting with competitive running at 11 and eventually transitioning to D1 cross country in college and coaching. I fell in love with indoor cycling as a cross-training method in the off-season and became a certified Spinning instructor in 2014 when I started teaching LA Fitness.

 

After taking time off to get married and have my son, I am back on the bike, infusing every session with the endurance, discipline, and passion for fitness that have shaped my journey.  

My classes are challenging and immersive, blending energizing music with motivational cues to keep the class fun and engaging. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cyclist, my classes offer a supportive environment for all fitness levels.

 

Beyond the studio, I am a dedicated wife, mother, and full-time UX designer. Balancing family and life and staying fit is a daily commitment that is important to me.

Krysta Cwynar

Cycling Instructor

Hi! I'm Krysta!

I graduated from Niagara County Community College with a degree in Massage Therapy. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Cupping and Sports Massage. I am certified in Assisted Stretching and continue to search for ways to learn more about the human body and ways I can help my athletes. Currently, I am working with some professional athletes to help them feel refreshed and ready to go before each game. Through deep work I help the body's fascia release and relax.

 

I am also a certified fitness instructor. I teach Spin, TRX, and group fitness classes at local boutique studios in WNY. Health, wellness and fitness are my passions and I love to share my passion with all of my clients. I enjoy all sports and have an extreme passion for the game. I enjoy participating in events that benefit local organizations, like the Ride of Roswell, Empire State Ride and the Gran Fondo. 

Isabell Trevino

Pilates Instructor

Isabell has always had a passion for exercise, so much so she achieved her bachelors in Kiniesiology. While she continued her education within the business world receiving her MBA, she continues to pursue her fitness passion as a Pilates instructor here at BHF and on her social media.

Morgan Zlockie

Pilates Instructor

Morgan has her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and practices in pediatrics within a school system. She uses her extensive anatomy and physiology background as well as her passion for fitness to create informative yet challenging classes.
