Why not have the best of bothh worlds? We get your cardio in first and then finish our workout on the mats to strengthen and tone!
Cycling + Pilates
A yoga based Pilates class. Open for all levels. Think of a lot of stretching with some Pilates pulses added in!
Flow Pilates
A slow Vinyasa flow. A great way to stretch out in the morning and connect with muscles like you never have before!
Yoga
A little more fast paced Pilates with use of equipment like light weights, balls and resistance bands.
Power Pilates
Looking for some more individualized fitness? Book a session with Dr. Dana for either 1:1 strength sessions or physical therapy treatments. Both require an initial evaluation in order to receive the best care possible!
