
How to work 1:1 at BHF
We offer two one on one services; strength training (think personal training) and physical therapy. Every new client will receive the same initial evaluation from Dr. Dana. This is a detailed evaluation including an in-depth history intake, strength measurements, range of motion measurements and a full treatment or strength session. After this evaluation you and Dr. Dana will discuss which service will work best for you! If you are dealing with a lot of pain and would benefit from manual therapy and modalities, then you will stay within the physical therapy treatment until your symptoms resolve and you are ready for more strength. On the other hand, if your pain is minimal, have already received PT services or you are solely looking for strength training (like a personal trainer) then we will begin with one on one strength and conditioning services.

After your initial evaluation, you will be able to seemlisly tranistion from PT treatment and/or strenght training. This means if you are currently receiving strength training services but injury your back shoveling or your ankle while walking your dog, we will be able to trainsition directly to PT treatment and address your pain ASAP!

All services are cash-based. Insurances are not accepted at this time due to their limitations of care and minimal reimbursement rates. You are able to use HSA/FSA funds for physical therapy services and your initial evaluation. Super Bills can be provided upon request.

If cash based treatment will not work for you at this time, we highly recommend reaching out to any of the clinics within the Paragon PT Group. Theses clinics are all privately owned and share the same ideals of prioritizing quality of care.
